DeLallo Accounts Payable Associate Job Description
DeLallo is seeking candidates for an Accounts Payable Associate position. This full-time role is based on-site at our corporate office in Mount Pleasant, PA, and involves supporting our Accounting department by processing invoices and issuing payments.
Responsibilities
- Review all invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment
- Process invoices according to payment terms
- Handle check requests and audit credit card bills
- Match invoices to checks, obtain signatures, and distribute checks
- Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile statements, resolving discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate files and documentation in line with company policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience or equivalent
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
