Job description

Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description Summary:

As part of the Finance Service Centre (FSC), this role will help drive the delivery of accounting and financial services to internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include generating and reviewing monthly expenditure rent rolls, monitoring rent-related refunds and payments, managing Corporate Credit card applications, and Expense 8 application forms and logins.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of weekly and monthly payment reconciliations and related reporting.
  2. Review of Creditor Aging and Bank Reconciliation items.
  3. Preparation and review of expenditure rent rolls and associated reporting.
  4. Preparation of urgent payment batches.
  5. Manage Corporate Credit card applications and coding.
  6. Manage Expense 8 application forms and logins.
  7. Run scheduled and ad hoc Expense 8 reports and perform voucher matching.

About You:

Candidates should possess experience in payment reconciliations, creditor reviews, rent roll management, and familiarity with corporate credit card processes and Expense 8 applications.
