• Coordinate with Controller to ensure timely payments and expense approvals.
• Process all expense reports with proper department approvals.
• Input data within 2 days; pay within terms or better.

The ideal candidate will have experience being responsible for the entire AP process for a company.Job Duties:• Receive, process approvals, and enter all payables invoices into Intacct software in a timely fashion. Accounts Payable Associate will work closely with Controller to reduce expenses and provide effective cost control. Research any discrepancies when needed• Prepare weekly payables• Reconcile monthly vendor statements• Reconcile and post credit card statements, Review accounts weekly (Mastercard) to ensure sufficient credit availability. Coordinate with Controller when payments must be made• Process all expense reports. Obtain proper department approval on all incoming payables• Track and reconcile fuel inventories at Airport and others as necessary• Communicate and correspond with vendors.
