Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company, LLC (AATC) is seeking a Financial Analyst - Accounts Payable Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. The role covers full-cycle payables, auditing invoices, posting entries to the GL, and reconciling accounts for timely payments.

You will code and verify invoices, prepare accruals for monthly close, and support audits. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years in AP, with strong Excel skills and eligibility for an ATL badge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related Business field.
• 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Code and match invoices.
• Prepare accruals for monthly close.
• Post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Assist in monthly invoicing to airlines, concessionaires and aviation department.
• Maintain AP files and documentation per policy.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
