SWIM USA is the premiere designer and manufacturer of women's swimwear located in Easton, PA. We are 84 years young and seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Associate to join our team.

Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Associate will process invoices, pay vendors and control costs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acquire and verify approval on all invoices.
• Code invoices with proper GL number.
• Enter invoices in OSAS (accounting software)
• Obtain approval and verification on all company credit card charges.
• Update and maintain vendor database.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain account payable files.
• All other duties as assigned by the AP Supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years A/P experience

Skills: Microsoft Suite, including intermediate Excel skills

Travel: N/A

Working Conditions: Office

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, sit, and walk 8 hours/day
