Power Solutions International (PSI) in Itasca, Illinois is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the accounting department with day-to-day accounts payable tasks. This entry-level role offers exposure to AP processes and ERP systems within a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

You will pull documentation for audits, obtain invoice approvals, print utility bills, scan and file documents, and help maintain vendor records while collaborating with multiple managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Pull documentation for audits.
• Obtain approvals for miscellaneous invoices (e.g. freight, utilities, legal).
• Print utility bills from websites.
• Maintain vendor change forms and vendor records.
• Scan documents and upload into the filing system.
• Assist management with other duties as assigned.
