Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Solid grasp of debits and credits.
• Ability to process high volumes of invoices accurately.
• Bookkeeping education preferred; proven experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Process AP, AR, purchase orders, receipts of goods and invoices.
• Reconcile POs, receipts, and invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and answer billing questions.
• Support month-end postings and reconciliations.
