Job summary

Join an established, family-owned Jacksonville manufacturer managing the full accounts payable process. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position supports two divisions across payables, receivables, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Process AP, AR, purchase orders, receipts of goods, and invoices
• Reconcile POs, receipts, and invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Follow up on overdue accounts and answer billing questions
• Support month-end postings and reconciliations

Requirements

• 3 plus years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Solid grasp of debits and credits
• Speed and accuracy with high invoice volume
• Bookkeeping education preferred; proven experience considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite or ERP experience a plus
