Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers.
• Solid computer skills including spreadsheets and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Enterprise One is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving invoices from suppliers.
• Obtain approvals from appropriate management levels.
• Follow through on discrepancies.
• Scan and file paid invoices.
• Coordinate check runs and perform reconciliations.
