United Talent Staffing in Poca, WV is seeking an Accounts Payable / Administrative Specialist for a contract assignment. The role focuses on accounts payable, payment processing, reconciliations, and lease administration, while also providing general office support.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong accounting and administrative skills, proficient in Excel and Outlook, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Weekly pay offered.

Formación

• Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting support, or a similar administrative role preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Enter, review, and process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review outstanding invoices and determine weekly payment priorities.
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
• Process monthly lease payments and lease revenue-sharing payments.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and file invoices and lease payment check stubs.
• Enter check, credit card, and ACH payments into the accounting system and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Process customer credit card payments.
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain accurate payment records.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies as needed.
• Record new leases and lease renewals with the appropriate county offices.
• Assist with maintaining accurate lease documentation and records.
• Transition into entering new leases, lease renewals, and lease modifications into the company's CSA system.
• Ensure lease-related information is entered accurately and maintained appropriately.
• Assist with additional administrative and accounting responsibilities as assigned.
