Job summary

FamilyCare Health Centers is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for our Teays Valley office in Scott Depot, WV. This full-time role reports to Accounting Supervisor and sits in a non-exempt, on-site position.

Responsibilities include processing AP invoices, weekly check runs, and general AP filing, with backup duties for the Staff Accountant such as mail sorting and deposits. Requires HS diploma and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, telephone and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable process.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices according to FamilyCare guidelines.
• Process weekly check runs.
• Filing accounts payable documents.
• Serve as back up for Staff Accountant: sort daily mail, daily bank deposits, pick up 340B invoices, deliver accounting mail.
