FamilyCare Health Centers in Teays Valley (Scott Depot, WV) seeks a Temporary to potential hire Accounts Payable specialist to join our finance team. You will enter and process supplier invoices, assist in weekly check runs, and support the Staff Accountant as needed.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, telephone and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable process.

Responsabilidades

• Processes A/P invoices (coding, matching packing slips, and data entry).
• Processes weekly check runs.
• Filing A/P.
• Back up for Staff Accountant tasks: daily mail sorting, daily bank deposits, 340B invoices, mail delivery to post office.
