Responsibilities

• Verify invoice accuracy, coding, and payment authorization before processing.
• Enter invoices into accounting software and process payments.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy records for invoices and expense reports.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Assist with general accounting tasks and provide backup support as needed.
