Competenze

• High school Diploma.
• 1–3 years’ experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Experience with accounting processing software, Excel, Outlook, and word processing software.

Mansioni

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, entry, validation, and payment processing.
• Serve as primary contact for AP inquiries from Chenega subsidiaries, providing timely responses and issue resolution.
• Utilize CHIP and related accounting systems to process invoices, maintain records, research transactions, and support payment activities.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing AP documentation per procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
