Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of administrative experience in an office environment.
• 1+ year of accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and accountability.
• Track and reconcile credit card transactions and receipts.
• Assist with weekly bank deposits and account reconciliations.
• Support subcontractor compliance tracking (payroll, insurance, documentation).
• Assist with payroll processing and financial data entry as needed.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics.
• Track and maintain company vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, maintenance).
• Manage office equipment, supplies, and vendor service needs.
• Support leadership and team members with day-to-day operational needs.
