Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT) in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Account Administrator to support Key Account Managers and Sr Program Management in ensuring products are produced, shipped, and delivered as promised.

You will handle PO requirements, shipping documentation, repair product documentation, and data gathering for forecasts, while maintaining up-to-date customer information and coordinating with Accounting on invoices. This role is office-based with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with PO requirements and long-term agreements to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards, processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer-specific technical and shipping documentation has been created, communicated, and distributed.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all incoming repair products, including associated invoice records.
• Communicate daily with Key Account Manager and Program Management to ensure ABT has accurate and up-to-date customer information and requirements for Purchase Orders.
• Maintain customer requests, internal promise dates and shipments throughout system and customer portals, escalating when there is an OTD impact to shipments.
• Work with the Accounting Department regarding past due accounts and follow-up on invoice issues when needed.
• Assist with data gathering and analysis to complete 12-month forecast projections.
• Enter/update jobs as needed; perform risk management and escalation as appropriate.
• Perform all other tasks and projects assigned by Program Management.
