Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks an Account Specialist in Grand Rapids, MI to support Key Account Managers and Sr. Program Management.

You will help ensure customer orders are produced, shipped and delivered as promised, while coordinating with teams to meet documentation and forecast needs. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and mentor junior staff, contributing to strong customer relationships and on-time delivery in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data handling.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders ensuring compliance with internal and customer standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer documentation is created, communicated, and distributed.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information and requirements for Purchase Orders with Key Account Manager and Program Management.
• Assist with Pre-Launch meetings to align front-end teams for successful product launches.
• Support 12-month forecast including sales goals and growth for designated customers.
• Serve as liaison with customers to answer questions, resolve issues and provide information; manage relationships.
