Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Key Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the customer and ABT.

You will lead a cross-functional team from sales, engineering, purchasing and operations to ensure delivery, cost and quality objectives, while maintaining proactive customer communication and problem solving to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manages customer programs from purchase order through final delivery.
• Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery of projects.
• Establishes and cultivates excellent customer relationships; serves as the primary interface with customers to answer questions, resolve issues and provide information.
• Works with Engineering and Operations Teams to ensure quality products are produced per customer specifications.
• Ensures compliance with internal standards, processes and procedures and ITAR.
