Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies is seeking an Account Specialist to support Key Account Managers and Sr. Program Management in ensuring products are produced, shipped and delivered as promised.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate customer information, assisting with pre-launch activities, and managing forecasting and shipment requirements to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data handling.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with PO requirements and long-term agreements to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare and share customer shipping docs.
• Communicate daily with Key Account Manager and Program Management for customer needs.
• Support Pre-Launch meetings to align front end teams for product launches.
• Maintain customer requests, promise dates, and shipment requirements in systems.
• Assist with 12-month forecast including sales goals and growth.
