Job summary

Tri Gas & Oil Co Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison, provide product and service information, and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. The role involves a single-person office environment and daily office duties, including handling calls, payments, and account maintenance.

The CSR will assist customers in person and by phone, coordinate with other departments to resolve complaints, and manage correspondence and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts in person and by telephone.
• Resolve complaints by working with other departments to satisfy the customer promptly.
• Research customer problems and perform adjustments to correct the problem.
• Receive payment on accounts in person and by telephone.
• Reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Perform account maintenance such as address changes, budget payments and prebuy plans.
• Track and record problem calls.
• Handle mailing of daily invoices and the process of month end statements.
• Assist switchboard/receptionist with answering incoming calls.
• Contact customers to update information and look for opportunities to better serve our needs.
• General correspondence duties and other job duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
