Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to existing and prospective customers and sales regarding orders, pricing and technical information. You will manage orders from identification to delivery and invoicing, coordinating with Sales, Logistics and Technical Support to ensure top-tier service and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is common for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and provide prompt, professional service.
• Manage orders from identification through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Technical Support to meet performance standards.
• Process credits/debits and returns within policy to minimize receivables impact.
