Job summary

The role focuses on order administration, image uploads, UPC data, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience across domestic and international orders.

You will maintain item masters, manage ticketing catalogs, returns, and shipment discrepancies while communicating daily with Account Service Reps.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Extremely organized, highly energetic, ability to multi-task.
• Ability to speak clearly, effectively and openly both in person and on phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service concerns including invoices and tracking.
• Assist accounts and customer service by administering orders, images, UPC sheets and related areas.
• Maintain item master, manage ticketing catalogs and invoice data.
• Process orders for domestic and international customers and monitor order cycles.
• Provide tracking information and communicate daily with Account Service Reps.
