Job summary

Bathing Brands in Wheeling, IL is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Account Managers and customers through the order and fulfillment process. You will coordinate among customers, Account Managers, and internal teams to process orders, manage backorders, and resolve shipping and warranty issues with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support for customer questions, requests, and order-related needs
• Support Account Managers with day-to-day customer and account activity
• Communicate order updates, backorder information, shipping details, and other relevant information clearly and professionally
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and keep orders moving
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Process and manage small-to-medium customer orders from DPL through ACU
• Review order information for accuracy, including products, quantities, pricing, and delivery details
• Monitor backorders by customer and item, providing updates and coordinating next steps
• Proactively identify order delays, discrepancies, or other issues requiring follow-up
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Operations, Production, and Shipping to support timely order fulfillment
• Track warranty parts and provide updates regarding availability and shipment status
• Coordinate the resolution of products damaged during shipping
• Manage shipping claims and maintain the related documentation
• Track open claims, returns, and other customer issues through resolution
• Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly
• Maintain accurate customer, order, backorder, return, and claim information in internal systems
• Prepare and maintain reports related to backorders, returns, and claims
• Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks and account documentation as needed
• Provide defined backup coverage to help maintain consistent support for customers and Account Managers
