Ahead, LLC in New Bedford, MA is seeking an Account Service Representative I to serve as the main liaison between customers and sales reps. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and fax, process orders, and support timely delivery of custom products.

Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining customer records, building strong relationships with customers and reps, and providing proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery. The role is on-site with standard hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Input data from customer orders, POs, calls, and emails accurately.
• Communicate efficiently with customers & reps, answering questions and troubleshooting.
• Maximize customer satisfaction by providing proactive problem-solving and follow-through on requests and assignments.
• Develop & maintain strong working relationships with customers, reps, and other team members.
• Monitor & maintain maximum accuracy in customer records and orders.
• Efficiently enter orders, make forms, databases, and other electronic data.
• Maintain customer accounts for timely order delivery and sell through of custom products made.
• Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service, sales, and efficiency.
• Occasionally assist with running reports, customer account data research, and analysis.
• Additional duties as assigned.
