Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy with Windows OS.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Experience in collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify order forms for accuracy and prepare rental agreements.
• Accept payments and align due dates with customers’ pay dates.
• Enter customer contacts into VersiRent system twice daily.
• Organize visits to customer households daily or semi-daily.
• Forward collection letters and coordinate with customers to manage accounts.
• Review delinquent accounts monthly to decide on rent/return.
• Perform skip tracing and follow up on skipped payments.
• Transport merchandise from past-due accounts weekly.
• Notify store manager if accounts require legal action.
• Submit field paperwork and cash payments after returning to store.
• Assist with inventory tagging in VersiRent system.
• Schedule sales appointments in CRM and assist with closing sales.
• Support store manager and perform other duties as needed.
