MacEwen Agricentre Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage accounts payable and receivable, process EFT payments, and distribute supplier cheques. You will maintain accruals, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies while supporting fleet and utility tracking systems.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Prosoft/Agvance/Samsara, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment. Bilingual English/French is a valued asset.

Formación

• Accounting/bookkeeping experience required.
• Experience with AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel advanced skills.
• Bilingual English/French is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable data entry accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process EFT payments.
• Issue and distribute supplier cheques and payments.
• Record and maintain A/P accruals in Agvance.
• Reconcile accounts payable statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Contact suppliers regarding inquiries and payment status.
• Process and record deposits.
• Respond to customer AR inquiries and balances.
• Generate and distribute customer statements using Prosoft.
• Maintain and update Samsara fleet data.
