Sirius Staffing seeks an Experienced Accounting Clerk in Redding, CA for full-cycle accounting including AP/AR. Onsite schedule Mon–Fri, 8a–5p, with strict adherence to policies and state/federal guidelines. Responsibilities cover processing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and month-end tasks in a regulated environment.

Ideal candidate has a HS diploma, accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple software programs; strong communication and confidentiality skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high accuracy in data entry and financial records.
• Proficiency with multiple software programs and MS Office.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare invoices, deposits, and monthly reports.
• Perform reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments.
