The role emphasizes AP/AR leadership, month-end close, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. A 3–5 year accounting background and ERP/MRP proficiency are required for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency with accounting software (ERP/MRP systems).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively; on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for general ledger transactions.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analyses for management.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
