Job summary

Oliver James is seeking a seasoned Advisory professional with a Public Accounting background to expand into high-value deals and FDD work. The candidate will engage with C-suite stakeholders, support GAAP/IFRS/SEC standards, and thrive in a dynamic, tech-forward advisory environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Audit/Assurance or Deals within Public Accounting, with CPA preferred and a proven ability to adapt to evolving AI/RPA technologies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters preferred.
• CPA certification preferred – candidates in process accepted.
• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD).
• Strong communication with C-Suite level individuals.
• Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards.
• Adaptable to evolving technology environments (AI, RPA).
