Job summary

Our client is a large, established Advisory firm actively expanding their Accounting & Transaction Advisory sector. They seek professionals with Public Accounting roots who can grow with a firm dedicated to developing its people and advancing careers.

The role suits External Auditors with strong Financial Statement experience or Deals/FDD professionals who are data-savvy and capable of interacting with C-suite executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters preferred.
• CPA certification preferred or in process.
• 4+ years in Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in Public Accounting (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large public filers (Audit/Assurance) and high-value transactions (Deals/FDD).
• Ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB and SEC/ASC rules.
• Adaptable to evolving tech environments (AI, RPA).

Skills, Knowledge And Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA etc.)
