Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred)
• Experience with large, Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD)
• High degree of professionalism with C-Suite level individuals
• Able to thrive as an Individual Contributor or in a team-based environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA etc.)
