Job summary

Oliver James seeks a seasoned accounting professional for a path in Advisory, focusing on Audit, Assurance and Deals/FDD with large public filers. You will leverage GAAP/IFRS expertise and communicate with C-suite stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate in Accounting or Finance, a CPA preferred, 4+ years in Public Accounting and the ability to adapt to evolving tech like AI and RPA within a collaborative, firm-wide development culture.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters preferred.
• CPA certification preferred or in process.
• 4+ years in Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large public filers (Audit/Assurance) and high-value transactions (Deals/FDD).
• Professionalism with ability to communicate with C-suite executives.
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously or in a team.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules.
• Ability to adapt to evolving tech (AI, RPA, etc.).

Our client is a large, established Advisory firm that have placed significant capital behind their Accounting & Transaction Advisory sector expansion this year.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
