Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters preferred.
• CPA certification preferred - in process acceptable.
• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large, Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD).
• High degree of professionalism; ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.
• Self-starter; thrive as an Individual Contributor or in a team-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA, etc.)
