Job summary

KLS Martin Group is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead day-to-day accounting activities and support timely closes across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. You will supervise the accounting team, review journals and reconciliations, and uphold strong internal controls.

The role partners with the Accounting Manager to ensure accurate reporting and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, experience with general ledger and close processes, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger and close processes.
• Experience reviewing work, coordinating team activities or providing day-to-day direction.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel/Office applications.
• Experience with multi-entity environments preferred.
• CPA or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting activities and the monthly, quarterly and annual close.
• Supervise assigned accounting team members and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure controls and documentation meet internal policies and US GAAP.
• Support intercompany accounting, fixed assets, accruals and related areas.
