Katalyst Group seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our client's corporate accounting and oversee monthly close and reporting. You will partner with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, accurate financial information while driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, hands‑on management of staff accountants, and a proven ability to standardize procedures across multi‑entity operations, with advanced Excel and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and present results to management.
• Review reconciliations and financial results for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Monitor and improve close procedures to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and fixed asset accounting across entities.
• Mentor and develop Staff Accountants; drive a culture of accountability.
