Job summary

The Alliance Group in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead the accounting team while staying hands-on with daily operations.

You will supervise staff, manage month-end close, prepare journal entries and financial statements, maintain GL accuracy, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audits; a strong GAAP background and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Prior supervisory, team lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
