CFS in Woodridge, IL is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead daily AP/AR operations and support month-end close. The role partners with the Controller and offers exposure to leadership-level financial reporting within a growing national organization.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in accounting, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and strong Excel skills with ERP/accounting systems. Enjoy a hybrid work environment and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and 401(k).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of accounting experience with strong AP and AR knowledge.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team training experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily AP, AR, and accounting operations.
• Support month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare cash reporting, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations.
• Review accounting transactions, coding accuracy, and staff-prepared entries.
• Manage sales tax compliance, filings, and exemption documentation.
• Train, mentor, and support accounting team members while driving process improvements.
