Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Experience in multi-location, shared services, high-volume transaction environments.
• ERP system experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the accounting team for day-to-day operations.
• Assist with monthly financial statement prep and month-end close.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet schedules.
• Approve account adjustments and ensure accuracy of receivable balances.
• Support bonus calculations, expense reporting, and monthly reporting.
• Assist with annual audits and schedules.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff.
• Participate in hiring and performance management.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with policies.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Partner with leadership on special projects.

Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee key accounting functions, support monthly financial reporting, mentor accounting staff, and ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting processes. Responsibilities

• Lead and support the accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate day-to-day operations
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and month-end close activities
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet schedules

• Support bonus calculations, expense reporting, and other monthly reporting requirements
• Assist with annual audits and preparation of supporting schedules
• Train, mentor, and develop accounting staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong background in month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Experience in multi-location, shared services, high-volume transaction environments strongly preferred
• ERP system experience required
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
