Job summary

DOWL is seeking an Accounting Specialist for Corporate Shared Services in Billings, MT. You will prepare monthly invoices, process cash receipts, and support project reporting and setup in Deltek Vantagepoint, working closely with Project Managers to ensure billing accuracy.

We value detail, collaboration, and professional growth. Three to five years of accounting experience and familiarity with construction environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in accounting.
• Experience in architecture/engineering/construction environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly invoice and related reports.
• Assists Project Managers with client invoicing questions and collection.
• Researches cash receipts, coding, and posting of receipts.
• Assists Project Managers with project coordination to include system setup, project maintenance, and document management.
• Review monthly financial project reporting to ensure accuracy for revenue recognition and client invoicing.
• Provide back-up assistance to other accounting technicians.
• Assist with audit preparation.
• Other duties may be assigned.
