Job summary

DOWL is seeking an Accounting Specialist (Corporate Shared Services) in Eugene, OR to manage invoicing, cash receipts, and project reporting. You’ll work with Project Managers to ensure accurate client billing and timely collections, while supporting audits and month‑end processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in accounting, experience in A/E/C environments, and proficiency with MS Office and Deltek Vantagepoint. We offer extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in accounting.
• Experience in architecture/engineering/construction environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
• Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly invoice and related reports.
• Assists Project Managers with client invoicing questions and collection.
• Researches cash receipts, coding, and posting of receipts.
• Assists Project Managers with project coordination including system setup and maintenance.
• Reviews monthly financial project reporting for revenue recognition and invoicing accuracy.
• Provides back-up support to other accounting technicians and assists with audit prep.
