Job summary

DOWL's Finance & Accounting (Corporate Shared Services) department seeks an Accounting Specialist to manage invoicing, cash receipts, and project reporting in Deltek Vantagepoint. You’ll collaborate with project managers to ensure billing accuracy and timely collections, and support audit preparations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of accounting experience.
• Experience in an architecture/engineering/construction environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly invoice and related reports.
• Assists Project Managers with client invoicing questions and collection.
• Researches cash receipts, coding, and posting of receipts.
• Assists Project Managers with project coordination including system setup and maintenance.
• Review monthly financial project reporting for revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Provide back-up assistance to other accounting staff.
• Assist with audit preparation.
