ARCH Medical Solutions in Blandon, PA is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage GL expense accounts, AR/AP processing, billing/collections, and cash reconciliation. You will prepare reports, assist with monthly closings, and support audits while working with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal staff to keep books current and compliant.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of accounting, AP/AR, or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain general ledger expense accounts.
• Administer, review, and process accounts receivable and payable.
• Handle billing/collections and cash accounting activities.
• Produce accounting reports and assist monthly closings.
• Reconcile bank, intercompany, and vendor accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits and annual physical inventory.
