What You'll Do:
- Process incoming and outgoing cash transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Record and maintain transaction data in relevant systems and databases to ensure accurate financial records.
- Complete daily administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, mailing, report distribution, and responding to emails and phone inquiries.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts and banking activity.
- Review transactions for potential fraud or financial risk indicators and promptly elevate concerns to management.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Entry.
- 2+ years of experience in Excel.
