What You'll Do

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial and statistical reports, including variance explanations using cost tracing and root-cause analysis.
• Perform complex account reconciliations, financial data analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis to support data accuracy and business decisions.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documentation, technical accounting research, and position papers related to accounting policies and procedures.
• Maintain financial dashboards, calculate key ratios, monitor benchmarks, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop procedures and process documentation while providing financial guidance and responding to questions from internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance or Accounting or Auditing
• 2+ years of experience in program/project management for Operational Units.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience as a financial/analyst in field supporting and providing technical and analytical solutions.
• Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion.
• Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling.
• Ability to set priorities, organize work and make occasional exceptions.
• Ability to work in a team environment, coordinating with other areas to achieve goals and objectives.
• Ability to work in a variety of locations such as the field, construction centers and the main office.
• Initiative to work independently or as a member of a team, coordinating with others to achieve desired results.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to meet goals and objectives with minimal direct supervision.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to make recommendations and independent decisions.
