What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Credit Analysts and leadership, including organizing client, debtor, accounts receivable, and credit-related information.
- Maintain accurate documentation, account records, system updates, and departmental tracking tools.
- Prepare reports, data, and supporting materials for recurring credit, portfolio, debtor, and leadership reviews.
- Coordinate follow-ups, track outstanding action items, document key discussions, and help ensure timely completion of requests.
- Support special projects, research, data requests, and process improvement initiatives while identifying discrepancies and opportunities to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+years of experience in administrative, operational, reporting, credit, finance, or data-support activities.
