What You'll Do:
- Support month-end and quarter-end general ledger close activities, including account analysis and reporting.
- Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and accounting data integrity testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review accounting transactions and documentation, investigate discrepancies, and resolve accounting-related issues.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and implementation of new accounting requirements.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial and accounting reports while maintaining regulatory and internal control standards.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience Financial Accounting and Excel.
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Proficiency in pertinent spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge and application of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous accounting work experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Critical Thinking.
