Job summary

Talent Elite Group is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to lead an AR team in a high-volume, consumer packaged goods environment. You will own the retailer deductions process from investigation to resolution and coordinate with Sales and Operations to prevent recurring issues.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a history of managing a team and improving month-end close through accurate reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Five years or more in accounting/finance with AR responsibility.
• Experience investigating deductions, trade claims, and chargebacks.
• Experience leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retailer deductions, including promotions, chargebacks, and compliance claims.
• Analyze deduction trends and address root causes with Sales/Operations.
• Manage collections, aging, cash application, and reconciliations.
