Soni is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead all AR operations, including collections, cash application, deductions, and dispute resolution. You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and support automation initiatives while strengthening internal controls.

Partner with Accounting, Finance, Sales and Operations, monitor AR aging and reporting, develop KPIs, and implement ERP optimization to improve cash flow in a growing manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading process improvement or automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AR operations, controls, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to partner effectively with accounting and operational stakeholders.

The Accounts Receivable Manager will lead all accounts receivable operations, including collections, cash application, deductions, dispute resolution, and credit-related processes. This role is responsible for managing a team, driving process improvements, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring strong internal controls while partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Operations. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with experience improving AR performance, developing teams, and enhancing processes within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day AR operations, including collections, cash application, billing, deductions, and dispute management.
• Lead and develop the AR team, establishing KPIs, performance expectations, and coaching initiatives.
• Drive process improvement and automation projects to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Monitor AR aging, collection trends, and customer account balances.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures.
• Partner with Accounting during month‑end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve customer disputes and improve cash flow.

Required Qualifications
