Vitamin Well Group is hiring an Accounting Operations Manager to lead our AR team across the US and Canada, with a new presence in Mexico. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will drive collections, deductions, claims management and system controls.

You will manage five AR Specialists, ensure accurate billing, and collaborate with Operations and Sales to optimize cash flow and customer terms. This on-site role in Marina del Rey supports fast growth across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting or finance with AR operations experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a large AR portfolio, driving collections and DSO performance.
• Manage retailer deductions, billbacks, chargebacks and promotional conflicts.
• Lead a team of AR Specialists and develop processes for scale.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and reconciliations across order-to-cash.
