Job summary

Annie Aesthetic is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting Operations to lead the company’s end-to-end accounting infrastructure, including accounts payable, payroll, and disbursements. This role reports to the SVP of Finance and collaborates with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes across multi-entity operations.

The candidate will own systems integration (NetSuite, Ramp) and drive automation, while upholding internal controls and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Active CPA required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including in acquisition-driven or PE-backed environments.
• Strong multi-entity, multi-location accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong operational and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to scale workflows in a high-growth environment.
• Clear communicator who drives accountability.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting operations (AP, payroll, and disbursements) and vendor payments.
• Establish SLAs, controls, and escalation paths across operational accounting processes.
• Maintain vendor master data, payment accuracy, and payroll integrity.
• Design and implement standardized, scalable AP and payroll processes.
• Lead integration of acquired clinics into accounting workflows.
• Own systems supporting AP, payroll, and expenses (NetSuite, Ramp).
• Support audits, lender requests, and diligence processes.
• Oversee monthly close, accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
